Professional Development

Keeping things Professional

Where a company knows the importance of professional boundaries at each management level and adheres to them there will be higher staff morale, clearer channels of communication, and a better understanding of roles and expectations. This is a very big deal! Where this isn't the case, staff turnover is high - AND the company has no idea why!!

I coach individuals and organisational groups to recognise these facets and address them. At the end of the day, unprofessional behaviour has a huge price tag, which could be costing you dearly.

Sadly, I see many work places lacking in professionalism, all with consequences that employers or business owners often aren't aware of. Professional Behaviour is multi faceted, and impacts the dynamics of workplaces in positive and negative ways.

Lesley has changed the way I look at the world and do my job. She has a way of gently but firmly getting to the real issue/s and has some great and easy-to-implement solutions to managing/ overcoming them. Over the past 12 months I have noticed that I am more confident in my role. I am more focused and less sensitive/ don’t take things so personally. I can make difficult decisions more comfortably. I am better at establishing and keeping professional boundaries. I am better at organising my time, allocating time to plan and think and I have a more systematic approach to prioritisation. I am less affected by things outside my control and my delegation skills have improved.
Lesley skillfully and with a great sense of humour and has managed to change some of my very entrenched beliefs and long held ways of working.
I recommend her work and believe that she can make an immense difference to anybody in any role and in life generally no matter how impossible to change you think you are!”
